We provide seniors and their families with assistance and unbiased guidance in managing resources available in the senior sector. CHS Consultants can offer various services such as: lifestyle planning, best choice retirement home placement options, healthcare planning, real estate, financial preservation, estate planning and more, a single point of contact when answering the question, 'What do we do now? and Who's going to be able to help us do it?'.  The initial one hour consultation is at no charge; however, a fee will apply for the creation of an Action Plan and the implementation of that plan. Each client has unique needs and circumstances.  For some clients with simple needs, they may only require a few consultative hours (hourly rate will apply), whereas others, may have more in-depth, hands on needs.

Our fee structure is transparent and will allow you to implement the Complete Action Plan OR only a portion of it.  ‘Action Plan’ fees - are individualized and may increase based on the details and 3rd party* involvement required to achieve your goals. The ‘Action Plan’ outline will offer you strategic pricing check points so you will be able to assess the costs early on in the program and design the plan moving forward. 3rd party* fees are paid directly by the customer to the 3rd party, separate from any CHS fees. These details will be presented in the ‘Action Plan’.
